DENVER SPEC HOME

Colorado House Buyers enlisted my help as a designer selecting fixed finishes for this Denver home. I worked alongside the owner, Adam, to create a functional layout for the home during the conceptual design phase. Once this was solidified, I worked within the provided budget to select all hard surfaces, from cabinets and fireplace inserts to appliances. From here, I was able to provide all necessary bids to the contractor/project manager for review and to pass off to their purchasing team. During the build process, I also had regular contact with the project manager to ensure everything was running smoothly and to get updates on the installation progress of all fixed finishes.
