CASTLE ROCK RENOVATION

This wonderful client originally reached out for a custom cabinet design for her home renovation. She was appreciative of the overall guidance I gave, and hired me for supplementary and project admin throughout the renovation. I completed detailed construction drawings for the contractor and assisted in sourcing the fixed finish selections. I attended tile, countertop, and cabinetry meetings with the client while keeping detailed notes and relaying all final-made decisions to the contractor so everything ran smoothly. During this time I also worked alongside the cabinetry company to redline and refine their drawings to include any additional changes that were made on site. My next steps were to put all of our selections into proposals, purchase orders, and invoices for the client. Once all materials, appliances, plumbing fixtures, etc. were on order I kept in regular contact with the contractor to answer questions and provide updates. This also included being on site for all countertop templating and cabinetry install. We walked through the project for final punch list items with the contractor and ensured all loose ends were tied up. After this renovation, the client decided to sell, so I reached out and scheduled the photoshoot with the realtor and was available for any warranty inquiries.
